Claremont Chefs Academy Hosts CLASP Kids

Chefs Maria, Yoli, and Rob of the Claremont Chefs Academy hosted 24 of our CLASP junior chefs on Friday, May 2 after school. Students were taught how to make, knead and roll out pizza dough. Next, they added sauce, cheese, and pepperoni and voila into the ovens the pizzas went. While the pizzas baked, students made homemade strawberry lemonade. Pizzas came out of the oven piping hot and ready to eat. Carol-Lee Marshall, Maury Feingold, Cristina Moreno, and Cristina Antoniolli were on hand to watch the kids. The event ended with empty plates and plenty of smiles on hand.
