Family Night Math Magic
CLASP students and their families participated in Dr. Art Benjamin's entertaining and educational Math Magic program on March 6 at Claremont Presbyterian Church. After dinner was served, Dr. Benjamin performed his delightful skills for the enjoyment of all present.
Cristina Antoniolli, CLASP Program Director, taught everyone to make folded paper snowflakes. Each snowflake is unique. It's a great lesson on following directions and creating geometric shapes.
The Program Enrichment Committee planned and executed the event as part of its ongoing activities throughout the school year.
